Rick brings more than 45 years of leadership experience in community development, homebuilding, and land strategy through his work with Weyerhaeuser Real Estate, Pulte Homes, and Timber Ridge Development. Over the course of his career, he has developed more than 20,000 residential homesites across the Northern Virginia submarket—an area in which he is widely regarded as an expert.
A standout highlight of Rick’s career includes his leadership of Willowsford, now widely regarded as the national benchmark for modern master-planned community development. Under his guidance, Willowsford redefined industry expectations around conservation, placemaking, and resident experience—earning numerous accolades in design and marketing and being named the No. 1 community in the nation during its sales and development peak. Today, it serves as a model community across multiple markets, influencing how next-generation communities are envisioned and executed nationwide.
Since 2010, Rick has successfully led Timber Ridge’s Washington DC/Philadelphia Metro operations, where he has deployed more than $350 million in equity capital and overseen the development of over 4,000 residential lots. Prior to joining Timber Ridge, he held several senior leadership roles with Pulte Homes, culminating in his position as Regional President with responsibility for capital investment planning and deployment across multiple markets.
Rick began his career with Weyerhaeuser, where he spent 17 years and ultimately served as Executive Vice President of Operations, overseeing investment strategy, land acquisition, homebuilding operations, product design, and manufacturing facilities.
A Certified Public Accountant, Rick holds a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University and an MBA from Temple University.

Mark is a seasoned commercial real estate and banking expert with over 35 years of experience. He is founder of Harvest Properties and Harvest Real Estate Services — entities that specialize in the investment, ownership, management and leasing of commercial office, industrial, retail, and multi-family real estate. Mark has successfully raised over $350 million in debt and equity through Harvest entities.
He is a founder of Timber Ridge Homes, an entity that specializes in investment and development of for-sale housing communities in New York, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia metro areas. Timber Ridge Homes has invested $750M in capital to develop 600 homes and 4,935 residential/multifamily rental lots since 2009.
Prior to founding Harvest, Mark held senior positions with Brandywine Realty Trust, North Fork Bank, and NationsBank. Mark holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas.
Over 35 years’ experience in land development, construction, sales and operations with Timber Ridge and Pulte Homes. Following Timber Ridge’s acquisition of Pulte Homes’ Long Island division in 2008, Parsigian successfully operated Timber Ridge’s Long Island homebuilding division, where over 600 homes were built and sold to date. Jeffery served as the Central Region President and Eastern Region President for Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s largest home builders. He oversaw operations with annual revenue in excess of $6 billion for twenty-five home-building divisions involving land acquisition, capital allocations, zoning, entitlement approvals, and construction, marketing and sales.

With more than 25 years of experience in real estate land development, Eric has established a reputation as a results-driven leader with deep expertise in transforming raw land into thriving, high-value communities. Over the course of his career, he has successfully developed more than 3,000 residential lots, guiding projects from initial due diligence through final execution with precision and strategic insight.
Known for a strong background in value engineering, Eric consistently identifies cost-efficient solutions while enhancing project quality and long-term profitability. His comprehensive approach to feasibility analysis ensures that every opportunity is thoroughly evaluated for risk, potential, and financial viability.
In addition to technical expertise, Eric excels in structuring complex deals and securing project financing, bringing together stakeholders, capital partners, and municipalities to move projects forward. His ability to design and implement effective development strategies has made him a trusted advisor and a driving force behind numerous successful land development ventures.
Whether navigating entitlement processes, managing multidisciplinary teams, or optimizing project performance, Eric brings unmatched experience, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes.
Eric brings over 20 years of experience in land acquisition and entitlements, including more than eight years with national homebuilder NVR, Inc. As Vice President of Acquisitions and Entitlements, he is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, negotiating contracts, conducting financial analyses, and coordinating land feasibility studies. He also leads the entitlement of projects through the zoning and approval process.
Throughout his career, Eric has been involved in more than $1 billion in real estate transactions across the Washington Metropolitan area. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the Mason School of Business at William & Mary, and a Juris Doctor from the George Mason University School of Law.
